Description

The stable block and estate office, located approximately 20 metres north-west of Reskadinnick House, is likely from the early 19th century and has been altered over time. It is constructed of uncoursed granite rubble with quoins and features a slate roof. The building is arranged in an L-plan, with a long range oriented on a north-south axis and the office attached to the west side at the south end.

It stands two storeys tall and has around five bays. The centre of the building features a wide full-height rectangular patch of concrete blocks, indicating the former position of a wagon entrance, with a stable door at ground level and a window above. To the left of this, there is a symmetrical section that includes a stable door flanked by windows on the ground floor and a window with two tiers of pigeon holes above on the first floor. Further left, there are garage doors and a doorway with windows above. To the right of the centre, there are two stable doors with windows above; the first-floor windows directly above the stable doors are likely replacements for former loading doors.

The office wing includes a doorway at the angle and a 12-pane sash window to the left. The roof is hipped, and there is a ridge chimney located on the office section.
