This is a headstone, dated 1781, located 23 metres to the west of the west tower of the Church of St Tetha in St Teath. It commemorates Diana, the wife of Hambly Inch. The headstone is made of slate and features a rectangular shape with inscriptions in both upper and lower case lettering that includes serifs.
