Description
The warehouse and boathouse located to the southeast of Pont Creek House is a structure from the early 19th century. It is built of rubble stone and features a slate roof with gabled ends, presenting a rectangular plan. The building is positioned at the edge of the quay and has two storeys.
The front facing the creek is almost symmetrical, with the ground floor featuring a wide central opening that has planked double doors and timber lintels. There are small window openings on either side of this central opening; the right-hand window has a timber lintel, while the left-hand window is topped with a segmental brick arch. On the first floor, there is a loading doorway located to the right of the centre, which has a plank door, along with two light boarded window openings on either side.
The right-hand gable end is slate hung and has a garage door inserted. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
