Description
Gates, gate-piers, and flanking walls located to the southwest of Treator Farmhouse date from the early 19th century. They are constructed from stone rubble with slate slabs forming the coping. The gate-piers are square in plan and feature moulded bases and corbelled tops topped with slate caps. A pair of 19th-century wrought-iron gates includes a mid-rail frieze decorated with alternating oval and diamond shapes. The lower stone rubble quadrant walls are flanked by higher stone rubble walls that enclose the west side of the garden of Treator Farmhouse.
