Description

ST LEVAN TREEN SW 32 SE 7/240 House at approximately 35 metres - south of Ivey Farmhouse GV II Small farmhouse. C18. Roughly-hewn granite ashlar front and granite rubble. Fairly steep grouted scantle slate roof with original dressed granite stacks over the gable ends heightened with brick. Cast-iron ogee-section gutters. Plan: 2 room plan house with lobby and probably a stair between the rooms, probably kitchen on the left and parlour (on lower ground on the right). C19 single-storey wash house extension on the left. Exterior: 2 storeys. Slightly asymmetrical 2 widow front with approximately central doorway within possibly original or C19 small, open-fronted granite porch. C20 top-glazed door and C20 windows in original openings. Single-storey wash house front on the left has doorway on its right with an old ledged door. Interior not inspected.
