Polycrhome dressed stone with dressed granite to ground floor, for 1st floor surrounds, flush mid-floor band above and for jambs and alternate voussoirs of 2nd-floor windows; steep dry Delabole slate roof with 2 original gabled dormers with trefoil arches framing 4-pane sashes. Double-depth plan. Gothic style. 2 storeys; 2 window range. Paired windows with shouldered heads to 1st floor; lancets above; all with original 2-pane horned sashes. Ground floor has original double shop front with end columns and central doorway with quadrant lights; other doorway on right with 6-panel door and overlight with margin panes. INTERIOR not inspected.
