Description
The Coach House is a building from 1869 that has been converted into holiday cottages. It is constructed from stone rubble and granite, topped with a rag slate roof. The structure features a central two-storey bay with gable ends at both the front and rear, and single-storey wings on either side, also with gable ends. There are brick stacks at the ends. The original layout likely included a central coach house with a loft above, flanked by stables and a tack room. The exterior showcases a central gabled two-storey bay with single-storey wings that have two 20th-century windows in two-centred arched openings, along with a glazed door situated between them, also in a two-centred arched opening. The central range includes a wide brick arch that has been partially blocked, with windows and a door added, and a former loft doorway above in a two-centred arch. The interior has not been inspected.
