Description
Nos. 10-16 Sussex Place is a terrace of four houses built around 1840, designed in the late Georgian style. The houses are constructed of stucco with limestone dressings and feature party wall stacks, although the roofs are not visible. Each house is two storeys high and has one window. The terrace includes a cornice and parapet, with the right-hand doorways being semicircular-arched and adorned with keys and imposts. These doorways have plate-glass fanlights and six-panel doors. The windows are six-over-six pane sashes, with No. 16 having plate-glass windows. The interior has not been inspected.
