Description

The Queen Victoria Statue, located on College Green in Bristol, was created in 1888 by the sculptor J.S. Boehm. The statue features a marble figure of Queen Victoria, who is depicted holding a broken sceptre and orb. It stands on a square copper base adorned with round steps, which are made of limestone ashlar. The base includes decorative elements such as fish, putti, and inscribed panels. The statue has been relocated several times throughout its history.
