Description

The garden house, located approximately 20 metres to the west of Number 38, is a mid-19th century structure. It features a combination of rendered surfaces, coursed squared Lias, and Pennant stone. The building has ridge stacks and a slate hipped roof. It is a single-storey design with a three-window range. The polygonal end of the house includes first-floor pointed lunettes with interlacing heads.
