Description
Milverton House is a late 18th-century house that has been converted into flats. It features a rendered exterior with limestone dressings, brick stacks, and a slate mansard roof. The building has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys tall with an attic, displaying a four-window range. It is adorned with clasping pilasters that support a cornice and parapet. Notably, there is a pedimented doorcase located second from the right, which includes a rectangular overlight and a six-panel door. A mid-19th century full-height three-light bow window is positioned second from the left, featuring plate-glass sashes, along with 20th-century dormers. The interior has not been inspected.
