Description
No. 14 Victoria Street is a shop built around 1875. It features a limestone ashlar and render exterior, with a brick stack and a slate mansard roof. The building has a double-depth plan and stands three storeys high with a three-window range. The ground floor is rendered and has a 20th-century shop front. The upper windows are set in recessed bays and consist of plate-glass sashes that are separated by moulded panels. There is a cornice with worn brackets and a balustrade with turned balusters, which is located before two small dormers. The interior has not been inspected. This shop is part of a group of Victorian commercial buildings that were constructed when Victoria Street was established in 1872.
