Cottage. 1889. By F Bligh Bond and CF Hansom. Squared Pennant rubble with limestone dressings and tiled roof. Single depth plan with cross wing. Free Gothic style. 2 storeys; single-window range. Gables to the S and E with overhanging eaves, with a Tudor-arched doorway in the re-entrant between; the E gable has a ground-floor 3-light mullion and transom window and first-floor mullion window; C20 casements. INTERIOR not inspected. Included for group value.
