Description

The War Memorial is a tribute to those who fell in the First World War (1914-1918) and the Second World War (1939-1945). It features a granite shaft topped with a Celtic cross, which rises from a plinth and three steps. The memorial is set back from the road in a garden area. It is part of a group with Purewell Farmhouse, located on the north side of Purewell Road.
