Description
The Salisbury Arms Public House is an 18th-century building located on the south side of Purewell. It features a roughcast facade with a moulded wooden eaves cornice and a slate roof that has coped gable ends and kneelers. The structure is two storeys high and has four windows, including an eastern angled bay that rises two storeys. This bay has a central door on the ground floor, which is framed by a moulded architrave. All the windows are sash types with moulded boxed frames and glazing bars. The main door is topped with a flat canopy.
