Description

The gate and end piers at the street boundary of No 39, known as Ashtree House, date from the early 19th century. They are made of painted brick and feature stuccoed caps topped with large ball finials. These structures, along with Nos 35 to 39 (odd) and their associated listed walls, gate piers, and railings, form a group with No 34 located opposite.
