Description
Ashtree House is an early 19th-century building located on the south side of Purewell. It is constructed of painted brick and features a hipped slate roof. The house is two storeys tall and has three windows, with unbarred sash windows in the centre. The first-floor window is round arched. The central bay is recessed and includes a doorway flanked by pilasters, topped with a flat hood supported by brackets. The doorway has panelled reveals and a moulded architrave, although it features a modern door.
Ashtree House, along with Nos 35 to 39 (odd) and their associated listed walls, gate piers, and railings, forms a group with No 34 located opposite.
