Description

37 Purewell is an early 19th-century building. It has a stucco facade with wide eaves and a hipped slate roof. The building has two storeys and three windows; the first floor windows are sash windows with segmental arches and glazing bars, while the ground floor windows are casements. A six-panelled door is centrally located, featuring a segmental arch above. A good verandah with trellised piers and end panels is present. There is a side door with a pediment and pilasters. The building forms a group with numbers 35 to 39 (odd), their associated listed walls, gate piers, and railings, as well as number 34 opposite.
