Description
This thatched cottage, dating from the 18th century or earlier, is located to the northeast of Parley Court Farmhouse. It is constructed of red brick and features an external chimney on the western side, topped with a thatched roof. The cottage is 1 and a half storeys high and has eyebrow dormers situated above the timber eaves plate. Attached to the cottage is a barn with a tiled roof, which is approximately five bays wide and has late 18th century to early 19th century casement windows. In front of the attached building, there is a timber loggia, with the roof extending low over this area. The buildings at Parley Court are recognized as a group.
