Description

The Cottage to the rear of 28 Risegate Road is an 18th-century building. It is constructed of red brick and features a thatched roof covered with pantiles, along with brick-coped tumbled gables and two gable stacks. The cottage is a single storey plus garret and has a three-bay front with brick dentillated eaves. The central entrance consists of a planked door, which is flanked by two-light windows that have brick segmental heads.
