The building has two gable stacks and is designed in an L-shape. It stands two storeys high with a three-bay front. The central entrance consists of double panelled doors with an overlight, set within panelled reveals and a plain pilastered doorcase. This entrance is flanked by single margin light sash windows. On the first floor, there are three similar windows, all of which have splayed stucco lintels.
