Description

No 20 on Castle Street is an early 19th-century building with a facade that faces the road. It features grey stucco and a gable end with coped detailing and kneelers. The roof is not visible. The building has three storeys and two windows, which are sash windows with late 19th-century glazing. On the eastern side of the ground floor, there is a carriageway arch that leads to the rear. The river frontage is two storeys high and is angled along the water course. No 20 and No 22 form a group with the Town Bridge.
