Description

This is a detached farmhouse, originally two cottages. The right-hand side was built in the late 17th century, and the left-hand side in the early 18th century, with 19th-century window replacements on both. The walls are of squared and coursed lias stone, with wooden lintels, and the roof is tiled with pantiles. The left-hand cottage has two windows on each storey, while the right-hand cottage has one window. The windows consist of 2-pane sashes on the left and 19th-century casements on the right. A 19th-century plank door is situated under a coved, semi-circular hood supported by carved brackets, on the left-hand side; a simpler plank door is on the right. The farmhouse has four brick stacks.
