Description
The Manor House is a detached house built in the late 18th century, with early and late 19th-century alterations and additions. The southeast front features ashlar stone, while the side and rear walls are made of squared and coursed rubble, topped with double Roman tile roofs. The southeast front has two storeys and an attic, with three deeply recessed windows that lack surrounds but have sills. The ground floor windows are 19th-century plate glass sashes, and the upper windows are similar but include a central glazing bar. A dentil cornice runs below a plain parapet, and the southeast front has a mansard roof, while the lower rear wing has a gabled roof. To the left, there is a lower two-storey section with four windows, featuring 19th and 20th-century sash glazing and two small pane glazed doors. The rear garden facade has two storeys and three windows, all of which are 19th-century plate glass sashes. A semi-circular late 19th-century porch is located on the northeast side wall.
