Description
Mandds' Villa is a non-conformist chapel that has been converted into a house. It dates from the early to mid-19th century and is constructed from limestone ashlar. The building is a small, free-standing single-cell structure that was once used as a non-conformist chapel.
The exterior features a single main storey with a basement underneath. There is a central solid porch with a square-headed entry and small ogee-headed lights in the sidewalls, along with a cornice and parapet. The porch roof is not visible from the street. On either side of the porch, there are six-over-six sash windows. The building has a cornice, a parapet, and a hipped roof with a central stack that has chimney pots. The sidewalls are made of ashlar, and the street-facing side has a plain sash window with a smaller window below it. The rear elevation has not been seen. The interior has not been inspected.
