Description
Number 13 Dafford's Buildings is a house located in Larkhall, built in the late 18th century to early 19th century, with the first record of the street dating back to 1794. The house is part of an informal terrace and features painted Bath limestone ashlar and a Welsh slate roof.
The building is double fronted and double depth, with a central entry. It stands two storeys high with an attic and has three bays. The exterior includes a first-floor platband and a parapet string. The windows are late 19th century four-over-four sashes that do not have architraves. The entrance features a six-panel door, with the top two panels glazed, and is sheltered by a 20th-century gabled porch that has double glazed doors. The house has a mansard roof with eight-over-eight sashes in flat-topped dormers. There are shared ashlar and render stacks with pots at either end of the ridge. The rear elevation has not been inspected. The interior details are not available.
