Description

This is an early 18th-century property, originally two houses combined into one. The external appearance is of coursed rubble construction, topped with an asbestos tile mansard roof. The building is two storeys high with attic space created by modern dormers. It has four bays, with 2-light casement windows featuring moulded mullions and surrounds, all set under a cornice. A modern projecting porch is located on the right-hand side, while a set of French windows are present on the left.
