Description

This early 18th-century building comprises two houses at 12A and 14 Rounceval Street. The construction utilizes rubble with freestone dressings, and the roof is now tiled, with brick chimneys. The building is two storeys high with an attic containing dormers. It has three windows; the upper floors feature casement windows with two lights, set within stone mullions and surrounds, and straight dripmould over the ground floor windows. A blocked door, now a window, originally served as the entrance to number 14. The building is now combined as a single residence, with a modern entrance door located at the gable end.
