Description

This is a house, originally dating to the 17th century, with a substantial 19th-century extension. It is constructed of rubble with a double Roman tile roof. The house is two storeys and has an attic, with three windows on the front facade. These are 19th-century central mullion casements. Two ground-floor canted bays flank a fine mid-18th century hood supported on shaped and moulded brackets. A stair window on the first floor is positioned deeper than the other windows. Three eaves dormers are set into the gables. A very large 19th-century rear extension, featuring gables and a gabled porch, is present, with the gable ends swept down and crudely finished with quoins.
