Description
Bridgefoot Lodge is a house dating from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of ashlar stone and features a slate hipped roof. The building stands two storeys high and has three windows, all of which are covered by hoods. The ground floor windows are three-light, while the first floor has two-light windows, both of which are round-headed and set on cills. These windows are adorned with extremely ornate Gothic herringbone tracery. The house has a projecting square central porch that contains a two-light door, with single lights on either side that match the details of the main block. The interior has not been inspected.
