Description
Bridge Place Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the mid to late 17th century. It is constructed of rubble in alternating broad and narrow courses, with freestone dressings and a concrete tile roof, featuring brick end stacks. The building has two storeys and an attic, with two windows on the front. The windows are ovolo-moulded frame and mullion 2-light casements set under a drip, with later 2-pane sashes. The ground floor includes a central plank door and a similar door inserted to the right, all sheltered by a lean-to canopy. There are two hipped dormers with 20th-century casements. At the rear, there are two ground floor windows matching those at the front, with two small 2-light casements centrally located above them, and a hipped dormer on the right similar to the front. The interior has not been inspected.
