Description

Thatched Cottage is a mid-17th century cottage that was refenestrated and extended in the early 19th century. It is constructed from painted rubble and features a thatched roof. The building has two storeys and five windows, which include scattered casements and 6-pane sash windows. There is an off-centre left gabled porch in front of a 6-panel, part-glazed door, and a bay to the right that is a later addition. At the rear, there is a 2-light ovolo-moulded mullion casement. Inside, the cottage has chamfered beams and an inglenook fireplace.
