Description

The lychgate, located in the churchyard and eight metres south of the tower of the Church of St. Peter, was built on 26th June 1889. It is constructed from rubble, ashlar, and timber, with a roof of plain clay tiles. The structure features a steep gabled gateway with a three-bay frame supported by low walls that include benches. It has two-centered chamfered arches made from single timbers, a projecting corbelled wall plate, and decorative crestings.
