Description
This is a row of four houses located in Bath Easton, built in the late 18th century. The houses are constructed of ashlar, although numbers 2, 3, and 4 have been painted. They have double Roman tiled mansard roofs, with the lower slope of number 1A being slated and featuring coped raised verges. The houses are two storeys high with attics lit by dormers. A plat band runs below the first-floor level.
The houses each have two bays. Numbers 1A to 3 have glazing bar sash windows, while number 4 has three glazing bar sashes, the central one being blocked. Some windows are modern replacements and others are four-pane sashes. The doorways are a mix of modern designs, with number 2 featuring a flat stone hood supported by brackets.
