Description

Portals (Bathford) Limited is a former poor house, now used as offices, dated 1821. The building is constructed of coursed rubble with freestone dressings and quoins, topped with a modern tiled roof. It stands three storeys high and features nine 2-light casement windows with plain stone mullions and surrounds. On the second floor, there is a continuous row of sixteen 2-light casements, although originally, alternate windows were blocked. To the left, there is a modern door, and a central doorway with a semi-circular head has been blocked.
