Description
Fiveways House is a late 18th and early 19th century house located on the north-west side of Fosse Lane in Batheaston. The house is constructed of ashlar, with particularly detailed tooling on the ground floor, and has a modern tiled roof concealed behind a parapet and cornice. It is three storeys high with five windows, all 19th century four-pane sashes. The four outer windows are grouped in pairs, divided by a central stone mullion. Continuous cill bands run across the facade; a plat band is situated above the ground floor. A projecting Tuscan column porch shelters a panelled door.
