Random rubble with freestone dressings, quoins; Cotswold stone slate and modern tiled roofs, with coped raised verges. 2 storeys. Elevation to Bathford Hill. 2 gable ends with a circular pitching hole; 2-light casement window with ovolo moulded mullion on ground floor. Elevation to Ostlings Lane: 2 modern vehicle entries on ground floor; 2-light casement window with moulded stone mullion and plank loft door on first floor.
