Description
The boundary wall and gateway to the road and Bathford Vicarage, formerly part of the grounds of No. 23 Eagle House, dates from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of random rubble with a coped top. The gateway features a central panelled gate and is flanked by ashlar gatepiers that have moulded caps. This structure contributes to an important linear townscape feature.
