Description

Richmond House is a late 18th-century house with alterations from the early 19th century. It is built of squared and coursed rubble with ashlar dressings, freestone copings, and a slate roof. The house has two storeys and originally four windows. The window openings were widened in the early 19th century, and most have eight-pane sashes. The upper right-hand window has a six-pane sash. The left-hand doorway has a four-panel door with a flat hood supported by carved brackets. A French window is located on the right-hand side of the ground floor. There are three ashlar chimney stacks.
