Description

Manor Farmhouse is a house dating from the 17th century, with a 19th-century extension. The original structure is built of rubble, featuring wooden lintels and a thatched roof, while the later addition has a roof covered with double Roman tiles. The 17th-century wing is L-shaped and set at right angles to the road, while the 19th-century wing runs parallel to the road, forming a V-shaped layout. The 17th-century wing has two storeys and three windows facing the courtyard, with a more scattered arrangement of windows on the garden front. All the windows are 19th-century three-light casements. There is a two-leaf 19th-century plank door leading to the courtyard, and the building has end stone stacks with brick caps on the south stack.
