Description

This is a house dated 1715, located opposite the School House. It features coursed rubble with freestone dressings and has plain and fish scale tiled roofs with coped raised verges and ashlar stacks. The building has two storeys and attics in hipped dormers, with three bays plus an additional bay to the left. The windows are three-light casements set in ovolo moulded surrounds and are positioned under continuous stringcourses. There is a 19th-century gabled projecting porch with a pediment above the centre, which contains a two-light window. In front, there is a coped rubble garden wall that rises to central, panelled ashlar gatepiers topped with an iron overthrow.
