Description
The monument to Thomas Clems, located in the churchyard to the north of Holy Trinity Church, is an altar tomb dating from 1832. It is constructed from limestone ashlar and features a square design with inscribed and sunken panels. The tomb has panelled projecting angle pieces, a moulded plinth and cornice, and is topped with an urn finial set on two steps.
