Description

No. 16 Dapp's Hill is an attached house dating from the mid-18th century. It features colourwashed render on coursed rubble limestone walls and has a gabled pantile roof with brick stacks at the gable ends. The house has a double-depth plan and is two stories high with a symmetrical facade that includes a central doorway. The windows are 12-pane sashes set in plain reveals with sills. The entrance consists of a 4-panel door in a plain opening, topped with a flat hood supported by brackets. The building is part of a row that slopes downhill to the southeast and has group value with Nos. 12 and 14. The interior has not been inspected.
