Description

No. 2 Wells Road is a late 17th-century cottage located in the village street of Corston. It features painted rubble walls and a double Roman tiled roof with coped raised verges. The cottage is two storeys high and has two 3-light casement windows with ovolo moulded mullions and surrounds, which are set beneath dripmoulds. Quoins are present on the left side, and there is a plank door on the right. This cottage is noted as the only unaltered building in this important group within the village.
