Description

No. 35 South Street is a late 17th century cottage built from painted stone rubble, positioned at right angles to the road. The cottage features a thatched roof with coped gable ends and flush quoins. It is one storey high with an attic and has three windows. On the ground floor, there are two modern casement windows alongside a 19th century three-light casement. The entrance is a modern central door. At the eaves, there are two gabled dormers fitted with sash windows. The cottage also has brick stacks at each end.
