Description

33 Monmouth Street is a late 18th-century terrace house that has been converted into a shop. The building is constructed from limestone ashlar, with the lower storeys painted, and features a double Roman tile roof. It stands three storeys high and has three windows, all of which are six-over-six pane sashes set in plain reveals. The ground floor includes a 20th-century shopfront on the left and a six-panel fielded door with a slab hood supported by heavy brackets. A cavetto mould string runs above the first floor, and there is a plain eaves with a deep stack to the right. The interior has not been inspected.
