Description

Wellington Buildings comprise a terrace of nineteen houses located on the north side of Weston. Dating from the early 19th century, the houses have undergone alterations in the 20th century. They are set on a site that slopes downhill, with the front gardens stepped across five levels from number 1 to number 19. The houses are constructed of limestone rubble with freestone dressings, and feature pantile roofs with stone and brick stacks to the party walls and the left gable end. Each house has a single-window range to the front and a single-unit plan, with two-storey rear additions. The windows are a mix of 19th and 20th-century styles, with some windows at eaves level to the second floor. Modern porches have been added. The interiors have not been inspected.
