Description

No. 5 Trafalgar Road is the right wing of the former Countess of Huntingdon's Chapel, now a dwelling, dating from the early 19th century. The building is constructed of squared limestone rubble with freestone quoins and dressings, topped with a pent slate roof. It has a double depth plan and features a single-storey, single-window front. Above the right-hand quoin is a truncated obelisk finial. To the right, there is a flattened pointed arched hood over a two-light window, with a similar arch above a two-panel door to the left. The interior has not been inspected.
