Description
This is a house located at 124 High Street, dating from the 17th century with alterations from the 19th and 20th centuries. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble with painted freestone dressings, and features a pantile roof with stone slates on the lower courses. The building has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys high with a two-window range. The eaves level displays ovolo moulded stone mullioned three-light casement windows, which have 19th-century glazing. Above the three ground floor windows, there are label moulds, and to the left, there is a door with a chamfered architrave and a hood supported by brackets, which is from the 20th century. The interior has not been inspected but is noted to have been altered.
