Former coach house and garden building. Early C19. The Crescent Lane frontage has been rebuilt as commercial premises and is not of listable quality. MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, slate roof with coped gable ends. EXTERIOR: Two storeys, five-window range. Coped cornice and parapet, blind window to centre over plain door. INTERIOR: Not inspected.
